I search this Guesthouse on internet and view the other comments. Thank you for that I believe the house offers a good price, hospitality owner and very close to subway with international bus to airport. I will definitely come back if I go to Seoul again.

The staff is helpful, location is near station and other hot shopping spots.

In 2nd floor's room cannot access to wifi....need to go outside the room or downstairs...

Room is tidy and clean. Washers, heaters and hot water are available. Computer room is good for you to check in online and communicate with your friend. Close to the subway, just about 5-10 mins walk required. People there are nice and helpful. Recommended for budget traveler.

At first a little bit hard to find the exact location. Also it will be good if each room is covered by Wi-fi, now we can only go to computer room to have the access. I find that the address is not in full, I suggest to include the street name in the address information so it will be easier for us to ask the local.

The location is excellent. It is near a subway station which we can go to all sightseeing points easily. The room is clean and tidy. The staff can speak English, too!

The water heater for shower bath is not so good. The water temperature was varying. Sometimes warm and sometimes very cold...

Bathroom water drainage sluggish due to clogging, but place is good value.
